14-Day Refund Policy
SmoothCSV offers a free version so you can evaluate whether it fits your workflow before purchasing a paid license.
If you are not satisfied with your SmoothCSV License purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are generally granted for first-time purchases. We may decline requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, license terms violations, or when a chargeback or payment dispute has already been initiated.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
How to Request a Refund

We may ask for brief feedback about your reason for requesting a refund to help improve SmoothCSV.
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Upon receiving a refund, your SmoothCSV License is terminated and you must cease use of the associated license key. You may continue to use SmoothCSV under the free (unlicensed) terms.
